- Show's host, writer and co-producer for a geology-based outdoor educational television program.

- Involved traveling to natural regions throughout North Texas and showcasing geological, natural, and historical features for the general public. Extensive research skills and communication skills used to broadcast educational geology to a viewing audience of over 400,000 potential viewers.

- Was responsible for teaching introductory geology labs to undergraduates at TCU, responsible for all aspects of the lab instruction.

- Researched desert alluvial fan complexes in the Rosillos Mountains, near Big Bend National Park, Texas. Study involves sedimentology, stratigraphy, geomorphology, GIS 3D modelling, paleoclimate and hydrologic analysis components.

- Responsible for various geologic and petroleum industry mapping for the state of Oklahoma and University of Oklahoma. Involved using GIS packages such as ArcView, ArcInfo, to map data from an Oracle database (Natural Resource Information system), Norman, OK.

- Involved in regional mapping projects, aided in the instruction of visitors to the Oklahoma Petroleum technology Transfer Council and Oklahoma Geological Survey computer labs. Gave professional presentations on the use of geological software such as Geographix and ArcView, as well as Internet and 3D visualization software.
