Jake and Elwood
Blues have had more than one run in with the law but perhaps one of their
oddest experiences has been at the Prison Bars and Grill historical
restaurant in downtown McKinney, TX. The former jail and current bar
and grill is home to two Blues Brothers statues outside it's front door,
welcoming visitors with an eternal song and dance. Restaurant owner
Alan Walker says that the statues were a gift from friends and they
symbolize the goodtime feel of the restaurant...especially on karaoke
night. |
